Born Without Permanent Teeth

I was born without several permanent teeth so after losing my baby teeth there wasn't a permanent tooth to grow in its place. My front teeth have shifted to the right since I was missing the permanent lateral incisor on the right. The lateral incisor on the left grew in small and disfigured so it has been crowned. Now I have a cavity forming between it and the left canine. I'm worried if the spike holding the crown on has a cavity as well because it is loose. I have one lower molar on each side.

Like many people on this site i have cavities on almost every tooth in my mouth. I'm 32 and the thought of having dentures at my age scares me to death. I'm sure that's just me being vain, but I can't help it. Just being honest. I try my best to take care of the teeth I have left but like many others, I have no insurance and my parents didn't as I was growing up. Now that I'm a parent, I try to keep up with their annual cleanings and teach them about how soda and candy and sugar in general can be bad if they don't practice proper oral hygiene. My daughter, unfortunately, is missing a couple of her permanent teeth, so I am going to do my best to get her dental work done so she won't have the confidence issues I have had. I do sympathize to all here on this site. Dental work is so expensive and your smile should be beautiful!!

Need Two Front Teeth Replaced

My front left tooth and the one next to it on the left chipped and I need them replaced. I can't find a place to replace them for a low cost.
