Orthodontic Braces for Granddaughter

I have a 12 year old granddaughter in need of braces, as she has very crooked front teeth. He mom is a single mom and cannot afford this work to be done, but could pay a small monthly payment. We are looking for someone who would be willing to work with us on this need, either for free or at a reduced price with affordable payments.

I am in need of oral surgery. I have several teeth that are broken and nerves that are exposed in my mouth for which only a dental specialist, such as an oral surgeon can address.
