Desperately Need Dental Work

I'm a single mother of two girls, 11 and 15. One is currently staying with their father and the other, with an aunt because I lost everything and am starting over. I work, but can't get enough money up just yet for a place of my own again so I am living in a friends basement, paying a weekly rent.

I have no insurance and have an enamel disorder that causes my teeth to wear down and become thin and break. I also have a silver crown that i have almost swallowed on several occasions because it is broken and loose, and I've tried the cement, it doesn't work. The two crowns I had were apparently only temps but I didn't realize that. My teeth hurt and no matter how much I brush, it doesn't seem to matter. They stay discolored and they keep thinning out. And I have cavities because of the enamel break down. Is there anyone that can help me with payments please?? I'm 34, missing some teeth, and the ones I have are in need of help. Anyone that can help, please let me know. Thank you and God bless!
