I Need a Bridge or Dental Implants

I am a 37 year old, single mom with 4 children. My problem is, when I was 9 years old, I was involved in a bike accident, which caused my 2 front teeth to need replacing. In 2006, I paid to have what I think are veneers. One has fallen out and I have a terrible looking flipper, and just tonight the other one became loose and broke in the back. I know I only have days before it breaks off.

I wait tables to provide for my children, (ages 2, 4, 8 and 17). I know that I can't afford the necessary repairs on my income, and I need desperate help. I am at a loss as I need to provide for my children. I receive 0.00 child support and have no savings.

Please, if you are unable to assist me, please point me to a dentist that can help. Maybe one that will accept payments.
